As a technology policy leader and trained attorney, I bridge the worlds of government innovation and public policy.
I’m currently a Senior Manager of Public Policy at Amazon Web Services (AWS) working on cloud policy issues affecting public sector and regulated industries. Before this role, I was the Director of Cloud Policy and Counsel at Internet Association, where I advocated for the group’s cloud policy priorities and enterprise policy positions.
I also worked for the General Services Administration's (GSA) Technology Transformation Service (TTS) in the Office of Acquisition/18F as the acting director. My portfolio included government procurement and software product management. I helped government buy technology in a better way. I first joined GSA to work as a product lead at 18F, which is a group of technologists, designers, and researchers from around the country who are committed to building digital services for the American people.
With a law degree from the University of Arizona and deep expertise in cloud computing, I'm committed to making technology more accessible, secure, and equitable. When I'm not advancing digital policy, you'll find me tending to my houseplants, indulging in desserts, or exploring America's national parks.
